Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Saag boiled 2 cup
  2. Onion chopped 1 cup
  3. Tomato chopped 1 cup
  4. Garlic chopped 2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  7. Halsd 1/2tsp
  8. Ghee 2 tbsp
  9. Makki ka atta 2 cup
  10. Chopped methi leaves 1 cup
  11. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  12. White butter

Instructions

  1. For boiling saag.. take saag+palak =1 kg.. 1/2 cup adrak and hari mirch.. add 2 cup water simmer in cooker for 1/2 hr.. cool it down make fine paste.. boiled saag ready..
  2. Now for tadka.. take a pan add ghee..garlic.. saute till golden brown.. now add onion..saute for 5 min.. add tomato.. add all the seasoning.. mix it well.. add 1tsp makki ka atta.. or u can add in boiled saag too.. add boiled saag..
  3. Simmer for 10 min.
  4. For makkki roti.. Take a bowl add makki ka atta.. methi..1/2 cup chopped onion..salt..lal mirch powder..make a dough with the lukewarm water.
  5. Take a polybag add dough ball. Roll it with the rolling pin and cook on tawa..
  6. For salad Carrot julian..raddish julian..beetroot julian..salt..chilly flakes..pudina leaves..lemon juice mix it well.salad ready
