Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach- 1cup (boil,squeeze and mash)
  2. Potato- 2 large (boil peel and mash)
  3. Gramflaur -2tablespoons
  4. Red chilly powder- 1/2teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Dry mango powder- 1/4teaspoon
  7. Garam masala powder- 1/4teaspoon
  8. Ginger green chilly paste-2teaspoon
  9. Cashewnut -4-5
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all above ingredients except cashewnut and oil.
  2. Now mix all ingredients nicely.
  3. Now grease your hands with oil and make small size balls with the mixture now slightly flatten the balls and give a shape of kebab or tikki.
  4. Place the cashewnut piece in centre of each tikki.
  5. Now heat oil in nonstick pan or tawa and shallow fry the tikki's till brown and crispy.

It can be served with green chutney and sliced onions.
