ABOUT Vege Pine Au gratin RECIPE

This recipe is all time favourite of people and specially for cheeze lovers.Gratin is made with veggies but this gratin has a secret ingredient in it "pineapple"

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 3 tablespoon
  2. butter 2 tablespoon
  3. MIlk 2 cup
  4. Grated cheeze 1 bowl
  5. Cinemon 1 small stick
  6. Canned Pineapple slices 2 pieces
  7. Mixed boiled veggies 1 bowl(beans,carrot,brocolli,paneer,peas etc)
  8. Sauted spinach 1 tablespoon
  9. 2 cloves garlic
  10. oregano
  11. Salt and pepper (to taste)
  12. Chillyflakes

Instructions

  1. Take kadai and lit in low flame.Put butter to it. Add cinemon stick and chopped garlic.Add maida to it and saute it for 2 mins.check maida wont change its colour
  2. Add milk and whisk it well to avoid lumps.Check consistency.sprinkle Italian herbs and salt pepper as per taste.
  3. Put all boiled vegetables and mix it well.switch off flame and add pineapple chunks to it.
  4. Take dish and transfer the gratin to it.spread cheeze all over it and sprinkle some more italian herbs to it.
  5. Keep it in microwave for 10 mins
