Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For making shot glass:
  2. 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  3. 1 1/2 tsp maize flour
  4. 1 1/2 rice flour
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For filling:
  8. Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  9. Seasoning: Black pepper, Thyme and Oregano (As per liking)
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Olive oil for cooking
  12. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  13. 2 large size grated potato
  14. Lemon juice 1
  15. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  16. 1 onion juliene
  17. 1 cup mix vegetables (Mushrooms, colorful Bell Peppers, Broccoli and Sweet Corn)
  18. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take grated potatoes and grated cabbage, salt and lemon juice and leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minute squeeze all water and add maize, rice flour and black pepper in it and mix well. Now take plastic glass and fill this mixture in it and with help of any heavy object press it in the center and make a glass like shape.
  3. Keep it in the freezer for an hour. After which fry it one by one till light brown in colour.
  4. For the Filling: In a sauce pan pour oil add onions, add all the vegetables and saute. Do not to over cook. When done add cream cheese, mozzarella, oregano, thyme, salt and black pepper, lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Fill this mixture in shot glasses and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 160 - 180 degree centigrade or till the outer layer is crisp.
  6. Sprinkle some oregano and red chilli flakes over it and serve it hot. The outer layer is crisp and inner cheese filling give it an amazing taste.

Neetu Jain... I use hung curd mixed with a little grated cheese and it tastes just fine.
