Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread - 4 slices
  2. All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
  3. Milk - 1/2 cup
  4. Butter - 100 gms
  5. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  6. Grated cheese - 1 cube
  7. Tri color bell pepper - 2 tbsp
  8. Grated carrot - 1 tbsp
  9. Grated cabbage - 1 tbsp
  10. Finely chopped french beans - 1 tbsp
  11. Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  12. White pepper - 1/4 tsp
  13. Parsley - 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat one tbsp butter and all purpose flour in a pan.
  2. Saute for few seconds.
  3. Add milk little by little and stir continuously.
  4. Add tri color bell pepper,cabbage,carrot ,french beans and green chilly and mix well.
  5. Add parsley,white pepper,salt,lemon juice and cheese.
  6. Turn off the flame.
  7. Cut the edges of the bread.
  8. Apply butter on the bread.
  9. Spread the white sauce mixture on the bread
  10. Cover the bread slice with other slice.
  11. Heat non stick pan.
  12. Grease the pan with butter and place the sandwich on medium flame and grill it.
  13. Spread the butter both the sides gets golden brown.
  14. Cut into triangle shape.
