Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pumpkin 500 grm
  2. Geggery 2 tblspn
  3. Tamrind pulp 4 tspn
  4. Red chill pwdr 1 tspn
  5. Turmeric pwdr 1 tspn
  6. salt
  7. Pure ghee 1 tblspn
  8. Green chilli 2
  9. Fenguric seeds half tspn
  10. Green coriender

Instructions

  1. First chopped pumpkin in small pices.
  2. Now heat ghee in pan
  3. Now add methidana let it brown.
  4. Now add pumpkin nd all dry spices with salt
  5. Nd cover it for 10 mnt on midium flame.
  6. Check it when pumpkin's all water will dry add jeggery nd tamrind pulp.
  7. Mix it well.cover it
  8. After 2-3 mnt off the flame.
  9. Spread green coriender nd serve it with parantha or poori
