ABOUT Paneer Shimla Lababdaar with flavoured Kachori RECIPE

Paneer Shimla lababdaar is a rich gravy prepration. And flavoured kachori is tripal tadka (corriander leaves, black pepper powder and red chilli powder).

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For Paneer Shimla Lababdaar:
  2. Paneer 5-6 cubes
  3. Capsicum - 1/2
  4. Onion 2
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Cashewnuts 4-5
  7. Cloves 1-2
  8. Cardamom - 1
  9. Cinnamon - a small stick
  10. Pepper powder - a pinch
  11. Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Oil - 2 tablespoon
  13. Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  15. Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan. Add cumin seeds.
  2. Add sliced onions, cashew nut, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and fry till it gets brown.
  3. Add sliced tomato and fry.
  4. After frying the mixture,will cool it down. After cooling the mixture, grind it.
  5. Again heat the pan and pour the oil. Add the prepared mixture.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, black salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and fry.
  7. Add capsicum and cook it. Add paneer after cooking it.
  8. Serve with flavoured kachori.
