I've made Tomato halwa many times, but this time to make it more healthy and tasty I've used Beetroot as well as it's winter season. And instead of Mawa I've used milk powder.
Tasty and healthy halwa.

Make puree out tomato and beetroot.
Take a wok and heat pure ghee now add the tomato-beetroot puree and roast it on a low flame.
Once cooked well and the pure ghee starts to leave puree then add sugar and milk powder and keep cooking until it thickens.
Now add the chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and mix well.
Your halwa is ready, garnish with silver foil and serve hot.
