Soak rice, dhal and fenugreek seek together for 4 hours.
Grind well and let it ferment for 8 hours.
Pressure cook dhal, tomato, onion, sambhar and tumeric powder together.
After 15minutes switch off flame and let the steam settle down.
Temper it with mustard seed, urud dhal, channa dhal and aseofitida.
Add salt to taste and let it boil for 3 minutes.
Sambhar is done.
