Soak idli rice and fenugreek seeds seperately for 4 hours
First grind the fenugreek with the soaked water to a buttery consistency and keep in a bowl
Then grind the rice and mix along with the fenugreek batter,salt to dosa consistency.
Allow it to ferment for 8 hours or overnight.
Now you can make soft spongy dosas . Cook covered .Do not Flip over
Serve with spicy tomato gravy/ chutney.
