Method for idli/dosa:
Wash and soak the dal and rice overnight or for 5-6 hours
Grind it to semi thick fine paste and let it fermente for 4-5 hours
Pour into idli plate and steam it.For dosa spread a ladle of the batter in a pan, spread and cook on both sides.
Fold it and serve it hot with sambhar and chutney
Method of sambhar:
Pressure cook veggies with dal.add spice powder, allow to boil and temper it.
Method of chutney:
Take all the ingredients together and grind it to a fine paste.Temper it.
