Upma made with semolina is very healthy and good for infants.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup semolina
  2. 1 grated carrot
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. Salt
  5. oil

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 1 tsp oil
  2. Saute carrots and onion for 2 minutes.
  3. Add little salt.
  4. Add 2 cup water.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cook till thickens.
