Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 gm broccoli
  2. 7-8 pcs amla murabba
  3. 1 litre milk
  4. 150 gm khoya
  5. 10 chopped almonds
  6. 7-8 raisins
  7. 3 tspoon condensed milk
  8. 1 tsp Elaichi Powder
  9. Sugar optional
  10. 1 tsp+1 tbsp ghee
  11. 3-4 mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the broccoli
  2. Keep it in cool water
  3. It keeps fresh
  4. Boil the milk till it start to become thick then add elaichi powder strain the broccoli & add in it
  5. Keep it aside
  6. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in pan and add milk & broccoli mixture
  7. Add khoya & condensed milk
  8. Beat amla murabba in mixer
  9. add in above mixture .cook until it becomes thickens
  10. Heat ghee in pan , fry chopped almonds
  11. Add raisins and almonds in halwa
  12. Garnish with mint leaves
