Generally we eat aloo dum with varity type of masala,but I made aloo dum with musambi [oranges] ,its my innovative recipe also.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Small potatoes 2cup boiled
  2. Musambi 1/3 cup
  3. Oil as per necessary
  4. Salt as per necessary
  5. Turmic powder 1tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1tsp
  7. Garom masala 1tsp
  8. Methi seeds 1tsp
  9. Bay leaves 3ta
  10. Ginger paste 1tsp

Instructions

  1. All ingredients
  2. Take a kadhai ,add oil and potatoes lightly fry it remove it.,then prick them with a fork.
  3. Now add oil ,methi seeds, green chilli and bay leaves stir it.
  4. Now add ginger paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder ,stir it for 3/4 minutes.
  5. Now add musambi juice ( before used it taking out juice from musambi.) Stir it for 2/3 minutes.
  6. Add boiled potatoes
  7. Add salt also.
  8. Now stir it well .after that add little bit water.and cover it for 6/7 minutes.
  9. Then add goram masala and remove it ,now it's time to serve it.
