Sabudana is esailly digested,in winter season plum Jaggery are available ,so I prepared sabudana kheer

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana socked for 1 hour
  2. Milk 500 ml
  3. Jaggery 5/6 tsp
  4. Bay leaf 2/3 ta
  5. Raisin 2tsp
  6. Cashew nuts 2tsp
  7. Almonds 3tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kodai add milk then add socked sabudana and stir it.
  2. After 6)7 minutes add jaggery and all dry fruits
  3. Stir it 5 minutes then remove it..now it's time to serve it.
