Fish momo is my innovative recipe,its easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Oil as per necessary
  3. Salt as per necessary
  4. Fish boiled 1/2 cup( 1 pieces big size)
  5. Onions 3 tsp cut into small pieces
  6. Tomatoes 3 tsp cut into small pieces
  7. Green chilli 2ta cut into small pieces
  8. Coriander leaves 3 tsp cut into small pieces
  9. black paper 1/2 tsp
  10. Ginger juice 1tsp
  11. Garlic 2tsp cut into small pieces( pregnant women skip it)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add boiled fish, then peel the fish bone.
  2. Now add others ingredients , without flour, mixture it well.
  3. Now take another bowl add flour make a dough .
  4. Then make a small ball, roll them to make small rotis.
  5. Take each rolled roti, put a dollop of the fish mixture, fold the ends to form the mom shapes as shown in the picture.
  6. Now take a idli stand grease it well,put those momo. .
  7. And cover it.
  8. Keep it for 17/ 18 minutes with flame.
  9. Then it's completed.now it's time to serve it fish momo.thank you.
