Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat Flour 400gm
  2. Moong daal 200gm
  3. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. Hing 1/2 tsp
  6. Sauf 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to test
  9. Oli for frying
  10. Ghee 3 tsp
  11. Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Salt , 1 tsp oil add in flour and make soft doe with Luke worm water.
  2. Sock daal for 5hours wash and drain the water grind it. Not make a pest.
  3. Heat a pan and ghee hing, cumin seeds , fennel seeds, coriander seeds fry all for few minutes . Add daal and fry it in golden color.
  4. Add in amchur powder, salt, chilli powder put on plate. Take a rest of 10min.
  5. Take the flour and make a bolls of doe. Filled in daal batter and make kachori.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry kachori.
  7. Serve with Lauki Rayta, Tomato Cahtney And Cumin Potato.
