This is very good for health.As it digest easily. specially good for pregnant ladies, children, and old people because it is full of vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 small bowl rice
  2. 1 small bowl split moong daal
  3. 1 carrot chopped
  4. Few beans cut
  5. Half bowl mushroom cut into small pieces
  6. 1 onion
  7. 2 chopped tomatoes
  8. Half bowl brochholi cut into small pieces
  9. 1 tblspn salt
  10. Half tspn redchilli powder
  11. 1 tspn garam masala
  12. 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  13. Ghee
  14. Small bowl peas
  15. 1tspn jeera

Instructions

  1. Take pressure cooker
  2. Put some ghee in it
  3. Now put jeera and hing
  4. Then add onion
  5. After that add tomatoes
  6. The add all the vegetables
  7. After that put all the masalas
  8. Then put all the rice and daal
  9. In the end add water
  10. More than double of rice and daal
  11. Mix it
  12. Cover it wid the lid
  13. Pressure cook it for 10 to 15 minutes
  14. But after 1 whistle simmer the gas.
  15. Your yummillicious khichdi is ready to serve wid nimbu achar and papad.
