Leftover khichdi make these yummy crunchy fritters & enjoy with chutney

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 bowl khichdi
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 2 tbsp besan
  5. 1 tbsp rice flour
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli pwdr
  7. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  8. Salt as required
  9. Handful corriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take leftover khichdi & it should be at room temperature.
  2. Add onion thinly sliced, chopped green chillies & corriander, salt, ajwain, chilli pwdr, besan & rice flour. Mix all well. If required add little water.
  3. Heat oil drop mixture in oil using thumb or spoon. Serve hot with chutney & enjoy crispy fritters
