One of my favourite Indo-Chinese dish.
Take a kadai. Fry onion till soft. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add cauliflower florets, salt and little water. Let it boil covered.
Once half-life boiled, add all sauces.
Mix cornflour in water to make a paste. Add it to the kadai.
Add required water to get the gravy consistency.
Once boiled add capsicum and switch off the flame after 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chapati or roti
