Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cauliflower florets - 1 bowl.
  2. Onion, chopped - 3
  3. Capsicum - 1
  4. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Green Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  6. Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  7. Tomato Sauce - 1 Tbsp
  8. Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai. Fry onion till soft. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  2. Add cauliflower florets, salt and little water. Let it boil covered.
  3. Once half-life boiled, add all sauces.
  4. Mix cornflour in water to make a paste. Add it to the kadai.
  5. Add required water to get the gravy consistency.
  6. Once boiled add capsicum and switch off the flame after 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with chapati or roti
