Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Gobi ki baji
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. 1/ cup gram flour
  4. 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 spoon ajwain
  6. 1 spoon Desi ghee
  7. 1 spoon pickle masala
  8. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put mentioned ingredients into it and make a dough.
  2. Gobi baji is separate for other side
  3. Dough rest for ten minutes.
  4. After ten minutes take a dough make a ball flaten like two poories and take a poori stuff the Gobi baji into it and cover the second poori seal it all sides.
  5. Now dust the board and flat it rolling pin make a paratha and put on heated tawa fry it with little Desi ghee from both sides.
  6. Serve hot with butter.
