Tomato masala oats dhokla recipe gives you another delicious way to eat oats. Oats in rich in fiber, which helps reduce bad cholesterol also boost energy and aid digestion. This dhokla recipe is very healthy and yummy.
Dhokla with twist.
Grind the oats.
Whisk the curd and salt.
In a bowl add grinded oats, semolina and curd mix well.
Let it rest for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes add ginger paste, red chilli powder, tomato sauce and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180°c.
Grease a baking tin with oil.
Add the eno fruit salt and mix well.
Pour the batter in baking tin.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Let it cool.
Now demould it and cut the pieces.
For tempering - in a pan heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add asafoetida powder, sesame seeds and saute for a minute.
Turn the flame off.
Pour this above the dhokla.
