ABOUT Millet Soup (Bajra Raab) RECIPE

Millet is gluten free grain which is easy to digest so it is good for elder aged even good for children also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Millet flour 3 tbs
  2. Curd 3 tbs
  3. Chilli garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Chilli flex 1 tsp
  6. Sweet corn 2 tbs
  7. Spinach 2 tbs
  8. Olive oil 1 tsp
  9. Mixed salad to serve

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take millet flour, chilli ginger paste and curd.
  2. Add 2 cups of water and blend it with blender.
  3. Heat a saucepan add olive oil and sweet corn cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add spinach cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the millet mixture in the saucepan cook on low heat stirring continuously.
  6. Add salt and chilli flex bring a good boil.
  7. Serve hot with mix salad sauteed in olive oil.
