I really want to try this.
Rinse chicken 2-3 times under tap water. Rest on a sieve to drain the excess water.
Pat the chicken dry. Add all marination ingredients and mix hand nicely. Keep aside for 20 mins for marination.
Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds. When they start spluttering, add the sliced onions and chopped chillies.
Sauté for a while. Add the marinated chicken.
Fry for 3-4 minutes on high flame. Add all spices and fry for a minute.
Cover and let cook for 6-8 minutes on low flame. In between open the lid and stir using a spatula. Cover and cook for 10 more mins. Keep checking and stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom of the kadhai.
Add capsicum cube and cook on medium flame without covering the lid for 3-4 minutes stir in between.
Adjust the salt. Add the garam masala,chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix.
Cook for a Minute and switch off the flame.
Serve as a snack or a side dish with parantha or Naan.
