Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken 500 gms
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
  3. Green chillies 15 to 20
  4. Green chilli sauce 2 tsp
  5. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. Onions 2
  9. Curry leaves a few
  10. Cilantro 1/2 bunch
  11. Dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Corn flour 1 tsp
  13. Tomato 1 small
  14. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add onions, curry leaves, slit green chillies, tomatoes and saute for a few minutes.
  2. Add chicken, salt , 1/2 tsp turmeric mix well and close the lid and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is 75% cooked.
  3. Add some water to it if it is too dry.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, saute for a few minutes and then add the soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt to taste, dhaniya powder and saute for a few minutes.
  5. Mix corn flour in a little water and add to it, saute for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander.
