First of all take warm milk and add sugar,dryeast and mix it well and cover for 10 mins for proffing.
Now take one bowl and add maida add salt and yeast mixture mix it well.
Add some milk and make very soft and sticky dough
Add half cup butter into dough and mix very well.
Take a bowl grease with oil and put the dough into the bowl and cover put the bowl in to the warm place for proofing with muslin cloth or lid
After proofing take dough and punch it remove extra air.
And roll with rolling pin and make big roti.
Spread some butter on the roti.
Mix cinnamon powder and suger powder in a bowl.
Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on the roti.
And the roll it.
And cut it some small pieces.
And flat all roll with hand.
Take a pie bowl grease with oil and set all flat roll in Pai bowl.
Now heat a pan on gas add some oil or butter.
When oil is heated add ginger, onions, green onions for fry 1to2min.
Now add mater, tomatoes,red chili powder and cook for 1min with lid.
Now add mash potatoes,pavbhaji masala and salt and mix it well.
And cook for 2,3min and switch off the flame.
Now left bhaji for cool down.
Now take that Pie crust bowl and fill the bhaji stuffing in to the crust.
Now grate some mozzarella cheese on the stuffing.
And make some rope with pie dough and cover the pie with rope.
Make some flowers with pie dough.
And set the flowers on the pie.
Brush the pie with milk.
And put the pie in preheated oven and bake for 180° for 25min.
After the bake sprinkle some grated cheese on the pie.
Ready to enjoy.
