ABOUT Dahi kebab RECIPE

Dahi kebab is a very popular kebab among the vegetarian foodies. This soft succulant kebabs are very delicious. This is a very traditional kebab recipe. This can be a star attraction in any parties.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Hung yogurt 300 gms
  2. Paneer 100 gms
  3. Finely chopped onion 1 large
  4. Chopped ginger 1 tea spoon
  5. Garlic powder 1 tea spoon
  6. Chopped coriander leaves handful
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Roasted gram flour 6 table spoon or as required to make kebabs.
  9. Ghee for grilling and brushing
  10. MASALAS FOR ROASTING AND GRINDING:
  11. Cinnamon stick 1
  12. Green cardamom 6
  13. Cloves 5
  14. Coriander seeds 1 tea spoon
  15. Nutmeg powder 1/4 tea spoon
  16. Dried red chili 1

Instructions

  1. Put the curd in a muslin cloth and hang for 30 minutes to remove all moisture.
  2. Roast and grind all the above mentioned masala to a fine powder.
  3. Mix all ingredients and make small balls.
  4. Flatten them with hand.
  5. Roll them in some roasted gram flour and shallow fry them in a grilled pan.
  6. Brush some ghee on the kebabs to keep them moist and flavourful.
  7. Serve hot with salad and ketchup.
