Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 100 gms cottage cheese
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  5. 2 chopped green chilies
  6. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  7. 50 gms processed cheese
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. 1 cup bread crumbs
  11. Oil for frying
  12. 1/2 cup besan

Instructions

  1. In a bowl , add grated paneer , grated cheese and mix well. Now add hung curd and mix well
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger, green chili , coriander leaves and mix well .
  3. Add besan, salt , black salt, roasted jeera powder with adequate water to form thin batter
  4. Shape paneer curd mixture into lemon sized balls. Dip them in batter and then coat well with bread crumbs
  5. Refrigerate balls for 1 hour, coat again with bread crumbs.Now deep fry them until golden brown
  6. Serve hot with onion and chipotle sauce.
