ABOUT Spicy tomato pulao RECIPE

Sweet and sour tomato is ery tasty and delicious. Whole spices,garlic,juices of tomato and sugar here are combination of flavours .it is a fantastic recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cup cooked rice
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp jeera
  4. 1 tsp rai
  5. 6 whole peppercorns
  6. 4 cloves
  7. 4 cardmon
  8. 1/2 tsp Cinnemon powder
  9. 2 bay leaf
  10. 5 Curry leaves
  11. 10 garlic cloves
  12. 1 cup slices of onion
  13. 3 tomato cut in slices
  14. Green chilli
  15. 1 tsp ginger
  16. Salt
  17. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  18. Haldi
  19. 1 tsp garam masala
  20. 1 tsp sugar1 lemon juice
  21. Coriander leaves
  22. Cherry tomato for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan
  2. Add all whole masala except cinnamon powder one by one
  3. Add minced garlic cloves and saute
  4. Then add ginger paste and green chilli
  5. And onion
  6. Saute them till change in colour
  7. Then add salt and haldi
  8. Now add tomatoes
  9. Cook till soft
  10. Add red chilli powder
  11. And sugar and salt
  12. Now add cooked rice and mix finely
  13. Add garam masala and cinnamon powder
  14. Squeeze lemon juice
  15. Our tasty spicy pulao is ready
  16. Garnish with cherry tomato and coriander and serve
