ABOUT Methi Ke Laddu RECIPE

Methi (Fenugreek seeds) Laddoos are very healthy option in winters. It is benificial for Bone Health, Hair Problems and joint pains etc. This winters must try these healthy laddoos.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fenugreek Seeds 125 grams
  2. Whole Wheat flour 500 gms
  3. Powdered Sugar 500 gms
  4. Clarified Butter (Desi Ghee) 500 gms
  5. Milk 1-2 cups
  6. Magaj (Melon) Seeds 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak Fenugreek Seeds in milk for overnight.
  2. Next morning drain the excess milk and pet dry the Fenugreek Seeds in sun light for 3-4 days till it dries completely.
  3. When Fenugreek Seeds dries completely grind into a powder using mixer grinder.
  4. Now in a heavy bottom Pan Or Kadhahi add 2-3 big spoons of Clarified Butter and roast the methi powder till light brown and aromatic.
  5. Take out the roasted methi powder in a plate.
  6. Now in the same Kadhahi take 2-3 big spoons of Ghee and Roast the Whole wheat flour till Light brown and aromatic.
  7. Take out the roasted whole wheat flour in a plate.
  8. Now in a big bowl take Roasted Fenugreek Powder, Roasted Whole wheat flour, Powdered Sugar and Magaj (Melon) Seeds.
  9. Mix well and add rest of the Clarified Butter.
  10. Mix well and make laddoos out of this mixture.
  11. You can store these laddoos upto 3-6 months.
  12. These laddoos are very Beneficial for many health related problems.
