Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice flour 2 cups
  2. Rava/ Sooji 3tbs
  3. Cabbage 1/4 (medium sized finely chopped)
  4. Onion 1 No. (finely chopped)
  5. Raddish 1 No. (grated)
  6. Cumin/ Jeera powder 2tsp
  7. Pepper powder 2tsp or Green chilli 2 Nos. (finely chopped)
  8. Curd 3tbs
  9. Water as required to form tight dough
  10. Salt as required to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until a tight dough is formed.
  2. Rest for two mins for sooji to enlarge.
  3. Take a handi or tava apply some oil to it and spread it all over.
  4. Take ample amount of the dough and pat it on the tava to form thin round roti. Cook on both sides till it turns golden brown.
