Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion 1 small
  3. Grated carrot 1 small
  4. Grated coconut 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped dill 1 tbsp
  7. Chopped green chilly 1
  8. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Oil 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add all spices,salt and all grated and chopped vegetables.
  2. Ad rice flour into bowl.
  3. Using little water knead a medium soft dough.
  4. Take medium portion from dough and dust in dry flour and roll with hand or rolling pin.
  5. Heat nonstick tava with some oil and cook roti on both sides till done.
  6. Serve with green chutney or sabji.
