Boiling the water and add basumathi rice and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, green Chilly.
Boil for 10 minutes, then drain the water. And keep aside.
Take a heavy bottom pan and add ghee and oil.
Heat the oil add onion and green Chilly, saute well until golden brown.
Add tomatoes,
Add vegetables, mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
Add Ginger and garlic paste. Saute well.
Add, spices powder and red chilli powder, salt
Mix well and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
Add curd
Prepare a saffron water
Take a fresh pan and add some rice. And sprinkle some saffron water.
Then add, some gravy.
Add some coriander leavs and mint leaves.
Again add gravy next add some rice, sprinkle some saffron water, add coriander and mint leaves
Keep dum for 20 Minutes. Heat a old dosa pan, and keep the briyanai pan,and lid tightly and put on heavy weight on the briyanai pan. Switch of the flame.
After 20 Minutes open the briyanai pan and gently mix not a mix just.
Ready to serve our spicy veg briyanai was ready to eat.
