Soak Tamarind for 10-15 mins
Take things required for grinding
Add 1 TSP Pepper, 1 TSP jeera, garlic 3, tomatoes 1, hing, methi pinch(optional), curry and Coriander leaves ( optional) in a blender. Since pepper increases body heat added pinch of methi. Curry leaves for skin. Coriander leaves for kidney cleansing.
Blend to smooth paste
Extract tamarind juice. It is important to strain tamarind. If not the remains will get deposited in appendix causing appendicitis.
Add smooth paste to tamarind juice. Add Turmeric.
Add salt. Add required water
Boil for 5 mins
Garnish with Coriander leaves
Add Seasoning made with Ghee, Jeera and Curry leaves
Serve with hot rice.
