Everyone’s favourite spicy and flavourful potato curry
I love to have zeera aloo.
Heat oil in a Kadai over medium heat
Add the cumin seeds, onions, curry leaves, dry red chillies, green chillies and sauté till onions are translucent
Add the potatoes, salt to taste, dry spices and sauté for another 2-3 minutes
Add about half a cup of water and cook covered till potatoes are cooked
Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves as mix well
Serve hot with rice/any Indian flat breads
