Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough
  2. Wheat flour
  3. Salt
  4. Chilli flakes
  5. oil
  6. Water for kneading
  7. For stuffing
  8. Corn kernels 1 cup
  9. Onion finely chopped 1 cup
  10. Capsicum finely chopped 1/2 cup
  11. Brocolli finely chopped 1/4 cup
  12. Cheese 2 cubes
  13. Mixed herbs 2 Tbsp
  14. Dry lasun chutney or
  15. Green chilli finely Chopped 1
  16. Cheese spread 1 tbsp
  17. Salt as required
  18. Other:
  19. Oil for cooking paratha
  20. Tomato ketchup for spreading on paratha

Instructions

  1. For dough: Knead the dough little firm using the above referred ingredients for doigh and set aside for rest while you prepare the stuffing.
  2. For stuffing: In a bowl mix all the ingredients as referred hereinabove for stuffing ( the cheese should be grated). Initially add less salt as cheese also has salt. Keep the stuffing in fridge for 5 to 10 mins.
  3. Take the dough and make small round balls from it. Make small roti size parathas.
  4. Spread 1 tsp ketchup on this paratha and add the stuffing.
  5. Now fold the paratha from both sides like franky.
  6. Seal the paratha from upper side and lower side which will give the paratha shape of a square.
  7. Greas a shallow non stick tawa with oil and cook the paratha parcel on medium flame till brown on both sides.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with ketchup or dip of choice.
