Oats ansd spinach what a combination. Both are healthy. I make small cutr cones of chillas and fill them with stuffing. So enjoy guys

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1/2 cup spinach puree
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  6. Haldi 1/4 tsp
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  8. Water as required
  9. For Filling
  10. 1 tbsp corn
  11. 1 tbsp onion
  12. 1 tbsp carrot
  13. 1 tbsp cabbage
  14. 1 tbsp beans
  15. 1 tbsp capsicum
  16. 1 green chili, finely chopped
  17. 2 tbsp cooked maggi noodles
  18. 1 tsp oil
  19. Jeera 1/4 tsp
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Pepper 1/4 tsp
  22. Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  23. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  24. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp, chopped
  25. 1/8 tsp Haldi

Instructions

  1. Roast Oats and grind to fine powder
  2. In a bowl, add all spices under batter section and mix well
  3. Now add remaining ingredients and mix well to form smooth lump free batter. Keep it aside
  4. For filling
  5. Heat oil in a pan and splutter jeera
  6. Add onion and saute until translucent
  7. Add carrot and beans. Saute for 3-4 minutes
  8. Add capsicum and mix well. Saute for 2 minutes
  9. Add spices and coriander leaves. Mix well. Saute for 2 minutes
  10. Heat non stick pan. Pour ladle of batter and spread evenly. Drizzle little oil on top and edges. Cook on both sides until golden brown
  11. Cut Chillas in halves,shape it like cones and insert toothpick to seal
  12. Fill the cones with the veg mixture
  13. Serve warm with green chutney and sauce
