Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 kg mustard leaves
  2. 100 gm spinach
  3. 6 green chilies, chopped
  4. 50 gm ginger, grated
  5. 20 gm garlic, minced
  6. 1 cup maize flour.
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tbsp desi ghee

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and chop mustard and spinach leaves
  2. Pressure cook mustard, spinach, green chilies, ginger, garlic and salt over low medium heat for 1 whistle for 20 minutes
  3. On cooling, blend the mixture to smooth puree
  4. Boil mixture in a pan, add maize flour and mix well
  5. Cook until raw taste of flour disappears
  6. Add desi ghee and mix well
  7. Serve hot with makki ki roti and radish salad.
