Its a beautiful and healthy variant of dhokla.
I love to eat matar ka dhokla with green chutney.
Pressure cook the green peas for 2 whistles. Strain and blend to smooth paste
In a bowl, mix the puree with sooji and curd. Cover and keep mixture aside for 30 minutes.
Add in ginger-garlic - chili paste, salt and baking soda. Mix well.Add more curd if the mixture is too thick.
Pour batter in the greased mold. Steam in microwave for approximately 5 minutes.
Check with a knife if it's done or continue for a minute more.
Rest dhokla for 10 minutes.
Demould and cut into pieces.
Heat ghee in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
Add in grated ginger and curry leaves. Cook for 1-2 minutes.Add peas and salt. Mix well
Pour the seasoning over Dhoklas
Garnish with cheese. Serve warm
