Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cottage cheese/paneer - 400 gms cut in cubes
  2. Onion - 1 cut in cubes
  3. Capsicum - 1 cut in cubes
  4. Tomatoes - 1, de-seed and cut in cubes
  5. Ginger julienne - 1 tsp
  6. Chopped green chilly - 1 - 2
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  8. Whole red chilly - 2
  9. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds
  2. Add ginger julienne and whole red chilly and saute for 1 minute
  3. Add onion cubes and stir fry for one min.
  4. Add capsicum ,tomato and cottage cheese/paneer cubes and mix well.
  5. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,green chilly and salt. Mix well
  6. Add lemon juice. Cover and cook for two mins.
  7. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
