ABOUT Palak Poha RECIPE

A very healthy breakfast option. Loaded with goodness of spinach and poha. A great way to start your morning. Red poha is used to enhance health quotient.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Organic Red Poha 1 cup
  2. Peanuts 3 tsp
  3. Green peas 4 tsp
  4. Oil 1 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chili 1 tsp
  8. Palak puree 1/4 cup
  9. Sugar 1 tsp
  10. Curry leaves 5-6
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Gently clean poha and immediately strain all the water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add curry leaves and peanuts. Fry the peanuts for 2 minutes.
  4. Add palak puree and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add poha, salt, peas turmeric powder, sugar and green chili. Mix well
  6. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm
