Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Palak
  2. 3 green chilies -adjust
  3. 1 tsp jeera
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. 1/8 tsp hing
  6. 2 cups of Atta / Wheat flour
  7. 2 tbsp Oil
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Water as required

Instructions

  1. clean and chop spinach leaves roughly
  2. Grind palak leaves, green chilies, ginger and cumin seeds to form smooth puree
  3. in a separate bowl, add flour and oil
  4. Add the palak puree and salt . Mix well
  5. Add water as required to knead firm dough. Rest aside for 15 min
  6. Make lemon sized balls with the dough
  7. Roll into puris. Deep fry until golden brown
  8. serve hot with any curry or sabzi.
