Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Whole green gram - 1 cup
  2. Water-1 cup
  3. 1/2 Onion chopped
  4. 1 Tomato chopped
  5. 1/2 Cucumber chopped
  6. 1 Green chili chopped
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. Jaljeera powder -1/4 teaspoon
  9. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  10. 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak whole green gram for 5-6 hours.
  2. Take muslin cloth and add soaked green gram on it . Leave it overnight in warm place
  3. Add sprouts to a pan and heat for 2-3 min.
  4. Add all the ingredients, mix well
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
