This dish went through my experimenting skills and came out with some healthy version...a very healthy snack for all as it is packed with protein and iron.

Ingredients Serving: 4
250 grams of rajma (soaked overnight)
2 boiled potatoes
One chopped onion
Three green chilies chopped
1/4 cup Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chat masala
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Roasted jeera powder
1 tsp Garam masala
Oil for shallow frying
For making parcels:
One heaped cup of maida
1 cup Palak puree
Salt to taste
Water as required
2 tsp Mayonnaise or yogurt dip for garnishing
1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
In a big bowl , add boiled rajma ,potatoes, coriander chopped onion , salt, red chili powder ,chat masala and jeera powder. Mash and mix well. Add bread crumbs , if you find moisture in the mixture
Add spinach puree into maida , and make a thin batter , add water if required
Make tikkis from the potato mixture and coat it with breadcrumbs. Shallow fry them till golden and crisp
In a squeeze bottle, pour batter and design web crepe on tawa
Cook from both sides and transfer to a serving plate. Place a tomato slice at the center
Keep the tikki on it and add mayonnaise on it
Wrap it up as shown. Seal it with tooth pick
Serve immediately
