Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled and chopped spinach 2 tablespoon
  2. Paneer cubes 2 tablespoon
  3. Boiled corn 3 tablespoon
  4. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chopped adruk 1 teaspoon
  7. Chopped chillies 1 teaspoon
  8. Makhan 1 tablespoon
  9. Maida 1 teaspoon
  10. Milk 1 cup
  11. Grated tomato 1
  12. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  14. For parcels
  15. Besan 2 tablespoon
  16. Maida 2 tablespoon
  17. Haldi a pinch
  18. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First make parcel batter
  2. In a bowl add besan, maida, haldi, salt and chill powder. make batter with water and rest for 15 minutes
  3. Take a pan heat 1 teaspoon oil add jeera saute a while add adruk, chilles, spinach, corn, paneer and roast till water evaporate add salt. mix it well and keep aside
  4. Take makhan in same pan add maida. roast it add grated tomato and cook for 5 minutes more. Now add milk and roasted veggies. mix well. Add little salt, black pepper, chilly powder. Cook it till thick
  5. Take dosa pan put a ladder full batter and spread evenly from all sides
  6. Cut a radius pout 1 tablespoon mixture and fold like samosa
  7. Serve hot with imly chutney... happy cooking
