Its healty and tasty version of These Chillas / Crepes are packed with the goodness of Moong. Packed with nutrition, this is one of my favorite options to kick start the mornings. Best of all Little A loves them too see this beautiful net chilla.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spinach puri 1 cup
  2. Moong Sprout 1.5 cup
  3. Gram flour 2 table spoon
  4. Green chilli past 1 tablespoon
  5. Ginger-green past 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt to tast
  7. Oil for shallow fry
  8. For stuffing
  9. 1 /2cup grated coconut
  10. 1/4cup fine chooped capsicum
  11. 2tablespoon spring onion fine chooped
  12. Cabbage 2 table spoon grated
  13. Salt to tast
  14. Oil 1 tablespoon
  15. For garnishing
  16. Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak moong for 4_5 hours.
  2. Drain washed and tie in cottons pouch to develop sprouts.
  3. Grind and make a fine past
  4. Take a spinch washed and make a fine puri
  5. Mix spinach puri into moong past.add chilli past and ginger garlic past.
  6. Add salt to mixture.and mix well
  7. Heat a pan .poure the chilla mixture into tomato ketch up bottel.and make a net like chilla
  8. Make a net and like this
  9. Roast from both the sides.
  10. Remove it from pan and cool it.
  11. For making stuffing add oil in pan fry coconut, cabbgae ,spring onion .
  12. Fill chilla with stuffing
  13. Make roll and garnish with pomegranate seed.
  14. Spinach moong chilla is ready to serve.
