Parantha is a prominent dish. Everybody use to eat them in all over india.so many paranthas are there. These are special, healthy and nutritious paranthas .these are ideal for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 /2 cup palak
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Haldi 1tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. For stuffing-
  8. 1/2 cup peas
  9. 1 green chilli
  10. 1/2 cup cooked rice
  11. 1 tsp ginger paste
  12. Coriander leaves handful
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Haldi 1 tsp
  15. Jeera 1 tsp
  16. 1 tsp garam masala
  17. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  18. 1 tsp lemon juice
  19. Curd for serving

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl.
  2. Make paste of boiled palak
  3. Add it in flour
  4. Add salt ,haldi
  5. Add red chilli powder and 1 tsp oil
  6. Make a dough
  7. For stuffing--
  8. Heat oil in pan
  9. Add jeera and hing
  10. Add onion and saute
  11. Then add ginger paste and green chilli
  12. Then take boiled peas and crush them
  13. Add rice and mix and mash all of them
  14. Then add spices
  15. Add coriander leaves
  16. Now take dough and devide in equal parts
  17. Roll in round
  18. Brush some ghee upon it and fill tsp stuffing in center
  19. Seal from all sides and make a ball
  20. Then roll it
  21. Heat tawa and make all parantha by adding ghee or oil
  22. Our parantha are ready
  23. Serve with curd or pickle
