ABOUT Curry leaves chutney RECIPE

Very healthy tangy chutney powder made out of wonder leaves-curry leaves.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup fresh curry leaves
  2. 1 cup coconut powder
  3. 5 red dry chillies
  4. 6 garlic cloves
  5. Half lemon size tamarind
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry curry leaves. Fry until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Fry whole red dry chillies, set aside.
  3. In a mixure jar add fried curry patta, red chillies, coconut powder, garlic, tamarind and salt and grind without adding water. It will become like a coarse powder.
  4. Store in airtight bottle. Best with plain daal-rice,dosa or on sandwiches.
