ABOUT Karela chilika paratha RECIPE

Its a healthy paratha made from karela(bitter gourd)skin. its very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. whole wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Karela chilka 1/2 cup washed and sqeezed
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  5. Oil for dough 3tsp
  6. Oil or ghee for making parathas
  7. Haldi 1/8 tsp
  8. Ftesh coriander leavs 2tsp
  9. Water for kneeding dough

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add all the ingredients and add some water and need soft dough
  2. Make small balls from it and roll with rolling pin
  3. Likewise make all one by one and roast on tawa as we make paratha..
  4. Serve hot with curd or pickle
