Prawn cooked in a colourful hunan sauce

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10 large tiger prawns
  2. oil for deep fry
  3. 1tbsp oil for sauce
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  6. 1tbsp soya sauce
  7. 1tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  8. 1 garlic chopped
  9. Garlic leaves 1 bunch chopped
  10. 1TBSP LIME JUICE
  11. 1tbsp Cornflour
  12. 1TBSP CHILLI POWDER
  13. 1 red whole chilli
  14. Red bell pepper juliened 1
  15. Green bell pepper juliened 1
  16. I bunch coriander chopped
  17. Roasted seasme seeds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Marinate the deveined prawns for 15 minutes with lime juice,salt,chilli powder,cornflour.
  2. Deep fry them in hot oil in a kadhai.
  3. In a wok heat up 1tbsp oil.
  4. Add chopped coriander and garlic leaves.
  5. Add chopped garlic.saute well.
  6. Now add all sauces and bell peppers.
  7. Toss well on high flame.
  8. Add whole red chilli and salt to taste.
  9. Add a little water.cook well.
  10. Now add fried prawns and coat sauce well.
  11. Serve with roasted seasme seeds from top.
